Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Happy Harts when shopping for your littles. We appreciate you as a customer and want you to be happy with your purchase. We are a small business and understand that things might not work out. With that said, below are the requirements for returns/exchanges:

• Items much be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
• All sale & discounted items are final sale, no exceptions
• Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your items
• Customer must email us at happyhartsandie@gmail.com for a return shipping label. We will deduct the cost of the shipping label from your return amount.
• If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size. Order the new size from our website like a standard purchase and return the old item following the shipping requirements. This process is to prevent errors and to make sure you get the item you are wanting in a prompt manner.
